Responsibility early, and honest feedback
We recruit continuously rather than in cycles, and take people on when we meet the right person rather than when a vacancy is posted. Speculative applications are read.
Whatever the role, the same three things are asked for: a curriculum vitae, a covering note of no more than a page, and a piece of your own legal writing. The writing sample is read first.
